  My Mother was on the Rehab side, floor 1. The staff was wonderful to her. Of course, it's not the same as being at home, but they try quite hard to make the patients feel welcome. I would even witness nurses and aides bringing her their own favorite tea to share. If Mom asked for something, that wasn't available in their kitchen, they'd put up a note for us, and we'd stock that item in Mom's room. Whether it was her favorite ginger ale or hot tea.
